  • Step One: We start off by connecting and having a chat about what it is you’re looking for. Hoping for. Dreaming of. I want to hear it all.

  • Step Two: I put together all of your search criteria and set up the software that emails both you AND I, whenever a listing hits the market that fits your wants and needs. Want to make a change? Great! This software is made so that YOU (or I) can make any changes you like. Price point, number of bedrooms, size of the land, etc.

  • Step Three: As properties hit the market, that you like, we schedule showings. We work together to ensure we’re on the same page, and always schedule showings to work best for you and your family.

  • Step Four: You found a home you love! We talk through the process to ensure all of your questions are answered, I send you a questionnaire that sets me up with all the information I’ll need from you, and I prep the paperwork to submit your offer!

  • Step Five: We work through any negotiations, finalize timelines, purchase price and any special details that need our attention. Your offer is accepted and we begin the final steps of getting you into your new home!

  • Step Six: I walk you through each of the steps needed to move forward, such as - information being sent off to your lender, scheduling a home inspection, gathering insurance quotes, etc. I will ALWAYS be available to answer your questions and to assure your partner that yes YOU were right, when there is a disagreement between the two of you (if you’ve gotten this far you deserve a little humor).

  • Step Seven: You take possession of your new home! I greet you on your new front lawn, hand over your keys and a Welcome Home gift and expect my House Warming Party Invitation in the mail!

  • Step Eight: I will continue to always answer your calls and texts. From “Who’s the best plumber in town?” to “How do we find out if we can offer short term rentals?”. I am here. Always.

  • Step Nine: You tell all of your friends and family about our great experience, leave me a fantastic Google Reivew, and work together down the road when you’re ready for another real estate move.
